On top of your plan, you will also be able to add our Outreach add-on to target feedback with smart selective requests on Amazon, eBay, Trustpilot, and more.


04 eDesk Outreach add-on plan limit exceeded

If you're using the eDesk Outreach add-on and used all your email for the month, you will see an orange banner at the top of your account as well as a message on-screen to offer you the possibility to upgrade your plan.On top of that, you will also receive an In-App notification within your account to let you know that you hit your monthly email limit and need to upgrade to keep sending feedback and review requests to your buyers!


05 eDesk Auto-translation

You will also be able to subscribe to our translation add-on to instantly support international customers with automatic bidirectional language translation of incoming and outgoing tickets and chats.
