Alizeade is a new marketplace connecting France with the Antilles, part of the Figedis Group - a non-food retail leader in the French West Indies and French Guiana for over 60 years.

Connecting your Alizeade account will allow your messages, orders, and order information to flow directly into eDesk.

All messages will continue to be delivered to your Alizeade account and it will also update when you send messages from eDesk.

This helpfile will walk you through how to connect your Alizeade account with eDesk.

Before you start

  • You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
  • You'll need an Alizeade account within Octopia. To find out how to create one, click here.
  • You'll need an Octopia Seller ID. If you need help getting your Seller ID, click here.

02 Where do I see data from Alizeade in eDesk?

Now that you've successfully connected your Alizeade store, we will import all orders and messages directly into your eDesk account. (There is no need to add a separate email address to do this).

As with other marketplaces, you will see all your buyer messages - and any attachments - on the Mailbox screen.

You will see the Alizeade order related to each ticket on the right-hand side of every single ticket. Tracking will also show here if available.

As with other marketplaces, you will also be able to consult all your Alizeade orders directly on the Orders screen in eDesk.
