- You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.

01 How is eDesk's WhatsApp integration priced?

eDesk’s WhatsApp integration is charged at a flat monthly fee of $50 per month for each connected number.
02 Do I need to be on a particular pricing plan to avail of eDesk's WhatsApp integration?
No, eDesk’s WhatsApp integration is available on all plans at an additional monthly fee.
03 Are there any additional fees?
In addition to the $50 monthly fee for each connected number mentioned above, you will only pay extra WhatsApp’s rate cards when you exceed the first free 1000 messages added to your account each month.

04 What is a conversation?
A conversation is one that initiates in response to a user message. Whenever a business replies to a user within the 24 hour customer service window, that message will be associated with a user-initiated conversation. Businesses can send free-form messages within this 24 hour customer service window.
Note: Business initiated conversations require message templates, which eDesk does not currently support.
05 Free Entry Points Conversations
Conversations are not charged when users message businesses using call-to-actions buttons on Ads that Click to WhatsApp or a Facebook Page call-to-action buttons. Free entry point conversations can only be user-initiated. The first conversation that starts from the entry point is free of charge, then subsequent conversations with the user are charged.
Standard pricing applies for Ads that Click to WhatsApp. The conversation that initiates from the ad is free, but not the ad itself.
