eDesk Talk is a simple phone solution for small support teams to enable them to provide call support to their customers without having to invest in an expensive complicated phone solution.

Before you start
- You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.

01 How is eDesk Talk priced?

eDesk Talk has two charges that users need to understand before they are onboard.
A fixed monthly fee. This is a monthly line rental fee, which is charged at $10 per month.
A fee for minute bundles that begins at $29.
02 How do the minute bundles work?
There are four minute bundles. If you’re paying a line rental fee you will be automatically enrolled in the bottom 500 minute tier. Once you pass from one tier to the next you’ll automatically be billed for the next tier.
- 500 minutes at $29
- 1,000 minutes at $49
- 2,000 minutes at $79
- 3,000 minutes at $109
03 Do I have to pay a line rental fee?
Yes, there is a monthly line rental fee of $10.
04 Do I need to be on a particular pricing plan to avail of eDesk Talk?
No, eDesk Talk is available on all eDesk pricing plans.
05 How will I be billed for eDesk Talk
You’ll be billed for your eDesk Talk usage at the end of each month.
