01 How do I connect Vertbaudet France in eDesk?
- Go to the App Store and search for the Vertbaudet France tile under Marketplaces.
- The App page for Vertbaudet France provides an Overview of how the channel works with eDesk. Click Install App to go ahead and install your Vertbaudet France account.
- Click Authorize eDesk.
- You will be asked to enter your Octopia Seller ID. Go ahead and enter it here. Note: If you need help getting your Seller ID, click here.
- You will see the success page if the connection has worked correctly.
02 Where do I see data from Vertbaudet France in eDesk?
Now that you've successfully connected your Vertbaudet France store, we will import all orders and messages directly into your eDesk account. (There is no need to add a separate email address to do this).As with other marketplaces, you will see all your buyer messages - and any attachments - on the Mailbox screen.
