Veeqo is a Tracking Solution for eCommerce Businesses that provide effortless tracking and proactive delivery updates. 

Connecting your Veeqo account will allow the tracking data for all your orders to flow directly into eDesk. 

Before you start

  • You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
  • You'll need a Veeqo account. To find out how to create one, click here.

01 How do I connect Veeqo in eDesk?

To pull information from Veeqo we need to use a 'Veeqo API Key'. To create this API Key or to access an existing key, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Veeqo account.
  2. Head to Settings.
  3. Click on Users. 
    Users button in your Veeqo account

  4. As a security measure, Veeqo will display the API key on screen only when it is first created/refreshed.
    Veeqo recommend that you create a new user for each integration that needs an API key and then store the key securely.
    If you have already created a user for eDesk, click on this user.
    Otherwise click + NEW USER and follow the instructions on screen. Once you have created the user, head back to the Users page.

  5. Under the ACTIONS column, click the pencil icon.

  6. Scroll down to the API Key section.

  7. Click Refresh API Key. This will display the new API key.
    An API key will then be generated for that user.

  8. Highlight and copy this key to your clipboard.

02 Updating the API in eDesk

Now that you've copied your API key, you need to add it to your eDesk account. This will enable your eDesk account to retrieve your Veeqo information so that you can manage all your customer communications in one place.

  1. Go back into your eDesk account.

  2. Go to the App Store and select the Veeqo tile to open the App Store page for Veeqo.

    Pro Tip: If you don't see a Veeqo tile on this page, click All Apps in the sidebar, which will include the Veeqo tile.

    The App Store page for Veeqo provides an Overview of how the channel works with eDesk, and an Installed Channels tab will also be shown if you already have an app for a Veeqo account installed.

  3. Select Install App to go ahead and install a new Veeqo account.

  4. Paste your API key in the field.

  5. Once this is done, click Save Changes.

03 Where do I see data from Veeqo in eDesk?

Now that you've successfully connected your Veeqo account, we will import tracking data directly into your eDesk account.

You'll see the Veeqo tracking data on the right-hand side of every single ticket.
