Bonanza is an online marketplace where sellers list their products to be sold. It’s divided into multiple categories to help buyers find exactly what they’re looking for.
Connecting your Bonanza account will allow your messages, orders, and order information to flow directly into eDesk.
All messages will continue to be delivered to your Bonanza account and it will also update when you send messages from eDesk.
Before you start
- You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
- You'll need a Bonanza account. To find out how to create one, click here.
01 How do I connect Bonanza in eDesk?
- Go to the App Store and click the Bonanza tile under Marketplaces.
- The App page for Bonanza provides an Overview of how the channel works with eDesk. Click Install App to go ahead and install your Bonanza booth.
- Click Authorize eDesk.
02 Connecting your Bonanza account
First, you will be asked to click on the Verify my store icon to connect your Bonanza booth.
This will then take you directly to Bonanza where you will be asked to log into your account.
Once you log into your account, you need to give permission to xSellco (eDesk) to manage your booth and items on your behalf.
After that, go back to eDesk and click Next to continue with your setup.
03 Where do I see data from Bonanza in eDesk?
Now that you successfully connected your Bonanza booth, we will import data directly into your eDesk account.
You will be able to see all your buyer messages on the Mailbox screen:
You will see the Bonanza data related to each ticket on the right-hand side of every single ticket:
And you also will be able to consult all your Bonanza orders directly on the Orders screen in eDesk:
