The Channel Dashboard is a marketplace specific dashboard that shows useful information relevant to that marketplace. It currently supports Amazon, eBay and Walmart, so if the channel is added to eDesk, there will be a channel dashboard by default.

This help file will guide you through the definition of all statistics available on the Channel Dashboard.


Before you start

 
  • You’ll need an Admin login to eDesk. If you don’t have an Admin login, you can request one from an Admin user within your business.
 
Note: certain sections of the Channel Dashboard can be downloaded as XLS. When this is possible you will see three dots on the top right-hand side.

01 Overview

The first tab in the Channel Dashboard would be the Overview section, giving you detailed insights for each channel you have connected to your eDesk account.

  • All Orders The graph shows your total order amount against the total paid order amount. 

  • Spread The Pie chart shows the percentage of orders on Amazon/ eBay/ Walmart that contributes to the overall amount. 

  • Channels Overview This shows the breakdown of the above information - Sold orders and the value, and lastly the percentage of orders for the channel.

  • Orders Heatmap The Heatmap graph provides the order amount by the hour, along with the fulfilment of the order. There are various categories you can choose such as the fulfilment type or if it is paid/ received/ cancelled or shipped. 

  • Time Range You can amend the dates in the right-hand corner to view the order data of that time. 

02 Specific Channels

If you wanted to see data for each channel in more detail, you can click on the relevant one.

⇒ Amazon

  • The Sales Overview Graph will show the total order amount against the total paid order amount for Amazon.

  • Highest Earning Product graph shows which product sales have been the most profitable. 

  • Most Sold Products shows the most sales from your products. 

  • Products Generating Most Tickets shows which products have the most existing tickets 

  • Highest Refund/Cancelled Products shows which products have had the most cancelled/ refunded orders. 


⇒ eBay

  • The Sales Overview Graph will show the total order amount against the total paid order amount for eBay.

  • Feedback Ratings show the feedback rating received in the time frame chosen

  • Ticket Type Per Channel shows the percentage of query types overall 

  • Products Generating Most Tickets shows which products have the most existing tickets 

  • Highest Refund/Cancelled Products shows which products have had the most cancelled/ refunded orders. 


⇒ Walmart

  • The Sales Overview Graph shows the total order amount against the total paid order amount for Walmart

  • Ticket Type Per Channel shows the percentage of query types overall

  • Products Generating Most Tickets shows which products have the most existing tickets 

  • Highest Refund/Cancelled Products shows which products have had the most cancelled/ refunded orders.

03 Reports

The reports offer valuable information regarding your products. These are part of the eDesk Enterprise pack.
  • Channel Overview Report shows the total sales value of all Amazon, eBay and Walmart channels within the date range that you have selected

  • Most Sold Products shows the highest sales in products along with its revenue

  • Highest Earning Product shows the highest generated revenue of your products

  • Highest Returned Cancelled Products shows the most returned or cancelled products

  • Products Generating the Most Tickets shows the most amount of tickets created from a specific product
