As we continuously look to improve the customer's experience using our product, the Mailbox View in eDesk has been redesigned into a new version (Beta).

Note: You will need to be participating in the BETA programme to access the new Mailbox View with your eDesk account.


01 What does the new eDesk Mailbox look like?

You can find below a screenshot of the new Mailbox, the entire idea behind this new design was to understand areas in the Mailbox and Ticket View where we could add value for customers quickly.

Customers participating in the BETA programme will have access to the new design of the Mailbox and will constantly give feedback to the eDesk Team. This feedback will then directly influence an eDesk roadmap initiative.
