• To get started, go to Settings, Smart tools and Tags
  • To create a tag, click on the “Add a tag button”, enter the Tag Name and select the colour and icon
  • Once tagged, you can view the tag on each ticket in the mailbox screen
  • Tags can also be used as a condition in filters You can access your tags from the dashboard
    • Select Dashboard, Mailbox and Tags
  • You can view all tickets associated with a tag by clicking on the tag name
