01 eDesk Subscription Plans
eDesk offers 3 main plans you can choose from:
Team: Drive up productivity for full-time support agents.
Professional: Streamline customer service departments and operations.
- Enterprise: Scale customer service operations and visibility
Note: you will be charged per user for each plan.
You will first select the plan you want to be on and then choose your Team. The Team will be the number of users you want for your eDesk account, you can add as many as you want!
02 Plan FeaturesThe bigger the plan, the more features you will have access to! If you wanted to find out exactly which features are included within each plan, please consult the table below:
03 eDesk Add-Ons
On top of your plan, you will also be able to choose Add-Ons. We do have 3 available at the moment:
Chat: Boost productivity, develop happier customer relationships, and generate more sales.
Feedback: Target positive feedback with smart selective requests on Amazon, eBay, Trustpilot, and more.
- Knowledgebase: Reduce customer queries by up to 30% by publishing help articles to your website that enable customers to self-serve.
Note: the eDesk Professional and Enterprise plans both include 1000 Feedback requests at no extra costs!
If you wanted to use one of the modules above, you will be able to add it to your eDesk subscription by clicking on the relevant section in your account. You will then be charged for the add-on on top of your regular eDesk subscription.
