As your account has recently been upgraded, we have put together a guide to help you.
Left hand panel
You will notice some new names on the left hand side navigation panel. These will function exactly as they did before but have a more intuitive label.
Rules and Messages is now referred to as Feedback Rules and Snippets can be inserted when creating a message using the # button.
These can be accessed by selecting your avatar and going to Settings → Smart Tools.
Creating a RuleCreating a rule is similar to what it was in the previous version of Feedback. All conditions and options remain the same.
We have however added two new features to eDesk Feedback so far.
You can now create Feedback rules for more channels. These include eBay, Amazon, Cdiscount, Fnac, Shopify, Magento, Prestashop, Woocommerce and Bigcommerce.
For Amazon, we have added the ability to upload a list of ASINs for Amazon rules, making it much quicker and easier to set up product specific rules and messages.
Viewing Existing RulesPlease note, any rules and messages that were created in the old version of Feedback have been copied over to eDesk Feedback as they were. All settings and message bodies remain the same.
There has been little change to the rules table. You can now customise the table layout, allowing you to view the columns that are important to you.
The dashboards for Feedback remain the same with the addition of the new Amazon Feedback Quota dashboard. As Amazon continuously monitors the number of messages sent by a seller, eDesk Feedback will manage this quota for you. For more information on the Amazon quota, click here.
