Discover our brand-new user avatar position and added features, dark/light mode automation!

This month on eDesk, we repositioned and revamped our user avatar to host all important settings and features so you can access them faster and easier. We also automated Dark/Light theme in settings so you can have a more personalised experience. And finally, our new OAuth integration lets you connect your Gmail account to eDesk in 2 clicks rather than manually configuring mail forwarding. Check this out!

01 New User Avatar

We’ve updated and changed the user avatar position from the bottom left-hand corner and placed it in the top right-hand corner instead!

With this new update, you can:
  • Access your Account settings faster
  • Explore our products and take quick actions like Add a new channel/app, Invite users and Create a new ticket.
  • Easily switch between Dark/Light theme

02 Automate Dark Mode

You can now automate when to switch on Dark Mode in your account for a more personalised look! 

Dark mode makes working on eDesk easier on your eyes by using a darker theme for the app's user interface, which reduces the amount of light emitted by your device screen.

03 Google OAuth Integration

No longer do you need to manually configure mail forwarding when connecting your Google Mail account with eDesk. With our new OAuth integration this is now done in 2 clicks.
