In our last eDesk big update of the year, we released our Aircall 2.0 and added tons of new features based on the feedback we received from customers! Check it out now!

1. Brand new: Aircall 2.0!

We just released a massive list of improvements to our Aircall integration with eDesk! 

The Aircall integration helps you respond to voice calls, emails, chat and social queries all in one power-packed Helpdesk!

Using Aircall allows you to consolidate your caller information in your eDesk mailbox, so you can keep a consistent thread of all your customer interactions in a single place.

Features of Aircall 2.0 in eDesk

  • The Aircall app is now embedded within eDesk.

  • You can now initiate calls from eDesk.

  • We will sync your Notes and Tags to/from Aircall.

  • Call recordings and voicemails are now available within the ticket.

  • We've improved the app activation process, making it easier than ever for you to connect Aircall.

  • We made improvements on the notifications for new calls and the UI for the Contacts view
