To receive emails from your Amazon store ensure your eDesk email is within your customer service reply and reply to settings for your individual Amazon accounts.

Remember if you have a number of marketplaces under the same Amazon store, you will have a different eDesk email address for each one.

 

01 Directions to eDesk email

  • Select your avatar in the right-hand corner.
  • Follow these steps: Settings>Channels>select the Amazon channel>Mailbox tab
  • Copy the email.

 

02 Directions to Customer Service Email

  • Paste the email into Amazon Seller Central.
  • Follow these steps: Seller Central>Settings>Account info>Your seller profile.

    Note:
    This email address will not be viewable on your Amazon store. If you have a number of marketplaces under the same Amazon store, you will have a different eDesk email address for each one.
